STEPHAN FRITSCH

Stephan Fritsch is one of the founders and managing director of Captiva. Since Captiva's entry into the German market in 2005, he has been involved in all of the group’s transactions with a combined market value of more than € 5.2 billion. One of his most prominent transactions in this context was the development and the IPO of alstria office REIT AG, Germany's first REIT and MDAX-listed real estate company in which Mr. Fritsch was closely involved.

At Captiva, Mr. Fritsch is currently responsible for two special AIF's with fixed investment conditions for institutional investors as well as some direct mandates, which Captiva exclusively supports as Asset Manager.

From 2014 to 2017, Captiva was part of Alvarez & Marsal a leading global consulting firm and service provider. During this time, Mr. Fritsch also headed the group's European real estate asset management business and, as part of an interdisciplinary team of experts, advised various German DAX corporations on property-related issues of restructuring and performance improvement.

Prior to joining Captiva, Mr. Fritsch held various positions at Aareal Bank AG, one of Europe's leading real estate lending banks, including structured finance and asset management.

Mr. Fritsch holds a masters degree from the European Business School (ebs) at Oestrich Winkel.

JAN ALEXANDER GEHRMANN 

Jan Gehrmann has been a Managing Director of the Captiva Group since 2018. He is responsible for business planning, product development and transaction management at Captiva.

From 2010 to 2017 he was Managing Director of Quantum Immobilien AG. Most recently, he was responsible for transaction business at Quantum Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, which has assets under management in excess of € 5 billion. Mr. Gehrmann managed real estate investments in the office, retail, parking and residential segments.

Prior to that, he worked for the Garbe Group in Hamburg, among others as a member of the board of 1st RED AG, an investment company specializing in industrial real estate.
